1. Order Process
Step1. Select items you’d like to order and submit the order
Step2. KARAB will contact you within 1-3 business days to help your order. You can get support from KARAB about shipping & payment methods.
Step3. Please proceed with the payment after receiving the Proforma Invoice from KARAB.
Step4. After your payment is confirmed, your package will be shipped out.
Step5. If you receive defective goods, please take photos or videos of the items and contact KARAB immediately. We will review the report and help you proceed with the claim.

2. Minimum Order Amount(MOA) :
- 1,000 USD per PO (Purchase Order)
3. Shipping :
- Basic: EXW

- Basic: Importers are required to check the import customs policy of their countries before proceeding with their orders.
